1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using GradeBench, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms for that organization and represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Use of License
GradeBench grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for institutional assessment purposes. You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or distribute the platform without explicit written consent.
3. Evaluation Accuracy
While our AI provides high-precision scoring, GradeBench is intended to assist educators, not replace them. Institutions are responsible for the final validation of scores and student feedback. GradeBench is not liable for academic decisions made based on AI-generated evaluations.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. GradeBench reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
